Not a fan of lime? Try lemon instead. Use the same measurements but change the lime juice to lemon juice and use lemon peel. Garnish with thin slices of lemon.

Fast and Easy Lime Mousse
Ingredients:
2 C of heavy whipping cream
1/2 C sugar
4 T lime juice
2 T lime peel granted
2 t vanilla extract
Preparation:
Pour the cream into a large mixing bowl.
Dump the sugar into the cream.
Add in the lime juice, lime peel and the vanilla.
Beat on high speed 4 minutes or until soft peaks begin to form.
Spoon the mixture into 8 dessert dishes and garnish with thin slices of lime.
