This caterpillar can be made as long as you like by adding more scoops of sherbet.  It's so easy to make why not make a couple.  Use any type of sherbet in any order you prefer.

Frosty Easter Caterpillar

Ingredients:

• 8 cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
• 1 scoop orange sherbet
• 1 scoop lemon sherbet
• 1 scoop lime sherbet
• 1 scoop raspberry sherbet
• 2 semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 red hot candy
• 2 pieces of red shoestring licorice
• 2 miniature marshmallows
• 8 assorted color Dots candy
• 3 gummy worms

Preparation:

1. Cover the bottom of a serving platter with the crushed cookies.
2. Arrange the scoops of sherbet in any order to form a zigzag pattern over the cookies.
3. Press the chocolate chips into the first scoop to make the caterpillar eyes.
4. Press the red hot candy into the first scoop to make the nose.
5. Insert the licorice strings into the first scoop to form antennae and attach 1 marshmallow to the end of each licorice string.
6. Press the Dots into the each of the other scoops of sherbet 2 on top of the first scoop and 3 on top of the other two scoops.
7. Lay the gummy worms into the crushed cookies along the side of the caterpillar.
8. Cover and place in the freezer until the sherbet is firm.
