This is one of the easiest and best tasting desserts anyone can make for their Easter dinner. Lemon or vanilla yogurt also works well with the fruit as a topping.

Fruited Lemon Cups
Ingredients:
1 C fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 C fresh raspberries
1/2 C fresh blueberries
1 T of sugar
1 pint lemon sherbet
Preparation:
Place the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries into a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the fruit with the sugar and toss to coat.
Allow the fruit to stand undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Stir the fruit well after standing.
Place one scoop of lemon sherbet into 8 dessert cups.
