To save time look for a prepared chocolate graham cracker crust in the supermarkets baking section. To make the garnish use 1 chocolate graham cracker crushed. You can also use honey or plain graham crackers if you prefer.

Mr. Grasshopper's Freezer Pie
Ingredients:
1 C of chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1 T of margarine, melted
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème
1 T of milk
3 C of vanilla yogurt, partially frozen
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping, thawed
1/2 t peppermint extract
8 drops green food coloring
Preparation:
Reserve 1 T of the crushed graham crackers and set aside.
Place the remaining crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
Pour in the melted butter and toss until the graham crackers are completely coated.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate.
Place the marshmallow crème into a mixing bowl.
Whisk in the milk until combined together well.
Add the yogurt and whisk until well blended.
Add the whipped topping and peppermint extract and whisk again until all the ingredients are incorporated together well.
Add the food coloring and stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the pie plate.
Sprinkle the reserved crushed graham crackers over the top.
