Strawberry n Cream Mallow Cups
Ingredients:
4 C fresh strawberries, sliced
4 t sugar
2 C miniature marshmallows
1 C sour cream
Preparation:
Place the strawberries in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle the sugar over the top of all the strawberries and stir to coat.
Let the strawberries stand in the sugar for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the marshmallows into the bowl.
Fold the sour cream into the mixture until well combined.
