This is a refreshing dessert that can be served with Easter dinner. Any type of fresh fruit will work in this dessert. Chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts can be added to this dessert.

Strawberry n Cream Mallow Cups

Ingredients:

• 4 C fresh strawberries, sliced
• 4 t sugar
• 2 C miniature marshmallows
• 1 C sour cream
  

Preparation:

1. Place the strawberries in a serving bowl.
2. Sprinkle the sugar over the top of all the strawberries and stir to coat.
3. Let the strawberries stand in the sugar for 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the marshmallows into the bowl.
5. Fold the sour cream into the mixture until well combined.

Makes 8 servings
