If the cheesecake package does not contain directions for removing the cheesecake here is a simple way of doing it. First it must be completely thawed. Set the bottom of the pan on a stemmed glass. Push up the pan sides holding the cake pan. The cake will be released from the pan. Leave the cheesecake on the cardboard to transfer to a serving platter.

Tooty Fruity Easter Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 frozen prebaked 10 inch cheesecake, thawed
1 (4.5 oz.) container of ready to serve vanilla pudding
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well
12 fresh strawberries, halved
1 (16 oz.) container of non dairy whipped topping, thawed
Preparation:
Remove the cheesecake from the pan by following the directions on the package.
Place the cheesecake on a 12 inch serving platter.
Spread the vanilla pudding evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
Form a circle of sliced kiwi around the outer edge of the cheesecake.
Form a circle inside the kiwi with the mandarin oranges.
Fill in the center with the strawberry halves.
Place one slice of kiwi in the middle of the cheese cake.
Use a piping bag or a plastic baggie with one corner snipped out.
Fill the baggie with the thawed whipped topping.
Pipe the topping around the outer edge of the cheesecake.
