If the cheesecake package does not contain directions for removing the cheesecake here is a simple way of doing it. First it must be completely thawed. Set the bottom of the pan on a stemmed glass. Push up the pan sides holding the cake pan. The cake will be released from the pan. Leave the cheesecake on the cardboard to transfer to a serving platter.

Tooty Fruity Easter Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 1 frozen prebaked 10 inch cheesecake, thawed
• 1 (4.5 oz.) container of ready to serve vanilla pudding
• 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well
• 12 fresh strawberries, halved
• 1 (16 oz.) container of non dairy whipped topping, thawed

Preparation:

1. Remove the cheesecake from the pan by following the directions on the package.
2. Place the cheesecake on a 12 inch serving platter.
3. Spread the vanilla pudding evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
4. Form a circle of sliced kiwi around the outer edge of the cheesecake.
5. Form a circle inside the kiwi with the mandarin oranges.
6. Fill in the center with the strawberry halves.
7. Place one slice of kiwi in the middle of the cheese cake.
8. Use a piping bag or a plastic baggie with one corner snipped out.
9. Fill the baggie with the thawed whipped topping.
10. Pipe the topping around the outer edge of the cheesecake.
