Brownie Mint Surprise - This simple dessert tastes like you have been at it all day. If Dad likes chocolate and mint he enjoy this special surprise. If Dad's been exceptionally good all year top it with a maraschino cherry.

Brownie Mint Surprise

Ingredients:

• 1 pint of mint chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
• 1 large brownie, chopped
• 5 mint chocolate candies, chopped

Preparation:

1. Place the ice cream in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the chopped brownie and the chopped candy.
3. Stir until all the ingredients are blended together well.
4. Place in individual serving bowls.

Makes 4 servings
