Cinnamon and Sugar Sundaes - Any flavor of ice cream works with this recipe so grab Dad's favorite and give him a special treat this Father's Day.

Cinnamon and Sugar Sundaes

Ingredients:

• 1 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie mix
• 2 C of vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 C caramel ice cream topping
  

Preparation:

1. Bake the cookies as directed on the package.
2. Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
3. Mix the cinnamon into the ice cream well.
4. Place the ice cream back into the freezer for about 1 hour or until firm.
5. Place 2 cookies into the bottom of 4 small serving bowl.
6. Place 2 scoops of the ice cream over the cookies.
7. Drizzle the ice cream with the caramel topping.
