• Heart template base (use a 'sticky' base to avoid having to use glue)
• Red tissue paper squares
• White tissue paper squares
• Ribbon to hang
• Pencil top to twist and apply tissue squares to base
• Glue (if foam or paper template is used)
• Permanent marker to write message on back
